HIIT – HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING, TABATA, CIRCUIT BOOTCAMPS

MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS 9:30 A.M. – 10:30 A.M.

 

Get fit while socializing with other parents!

 Dads are also welcome, and it is not a requirement to bring your children.

 Classes differ week by week to challenge participants and target different muscle groups.

Children of all ages are welcome to attend without childcare fees (supervision of your own children is required). 

They can have a blast jumping on the bouncy castles or playing on the field while you work out!  Strollers are welcome.  

 

CARDIOStrength Class

A VARIETY OF CARDIO, CORE & STRENGTH

 

TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS 9:30 A.M. – 10:30 A.M.

The benefits to both cardio and strength training are many.

 Maximum weight loss, weight maintenance and overall good health!

Cardio and strength training go hand-in-hand. Each of them provides benefits to you physically and mentally as well as emotionally. Children of all ages are welcome to attend without childcare fees (supervision of your own children is required). 

They can play on the field while you work out!  Strollers are welcome.

Join Robin Rochon in the Trican Fielhouse for HIIT, Tabata and Circuit Bootcamps!

Classes will be different week by week to challenge participants and target different muscle groups. They can have a blast on the indoor bouncy castles or on the field in the Trican Fieldhouse.
